Nils Holten Nils has 37 years experience and has owned Good Hands Auto Care for 14 years. His certifications include Air Force car development, ACDelco, electronics, computer engine control, ASE mechanical, engine machinist, Colorado Air Care and Automotive Management Institute (AMI) training. |

Misty McNett Misty has three years service manager experience and is dedicated to training, with over 40 hours of training a year during the past four and a half years. She is an ASE-certified service consultant and has trained in the areas of air conditioning, brake systems, electrical, general repair and maintenance, ACDelco, hybrids and marketing and management. |

Crystal Rice Crystal has been with Good Hands Auto Care for over four years. She attended Pickens Technical Institute and has ACDelco, BG Fluid and AMI training. |

Gail Jean Gail has 25 years experience and has been with Good Hands Auto Care for eight years. She has customer service and BG Fluid training and is an avid NASCAR fan. |

Justin Banks Justin has 19 years experience and is a 1991 graduate of Denver Automotive Diesel College. He is an ASE master technician and certified MAC technician. He is also a former Toyota factory technician and has worked as a state emissions technician. Justin is a father of three and has been with Good Hands Auto Care for over four years. |

Chris Townsend Chris is an L1 ASE master technician with over 15 years experience. He is highly skilled, working with oscilloscopes, multi-meters and calibration equipment, torches, welders, micrometers, gauges, lathes, drill presses, wiring diagrams and schematics, a/c equipment, scan tools and alignments. Chris is also a member of the United States Marine Corps. |

Gilberto Barraza Gilberto brings 40 years of experience to Good Hands Auto Care. A mechanical engineering graduate of the Technical Institute in Durango, Mexico, Gilberto is engine and ASE certified and is trained to work on gas, diesel and hydraulic engines. He has been with Good Hands Auto Care for ten years. |

Doug Burnside Doug attended Lincoln Technical Institute and will be continuing his education by attending Pickens Tech. He has 2 1/2 years experience and is trained in general maintenance, evap systems and brakes. |

Mark Parker Mark is Good Hands Auto Care's newest employee. He is an ASE master technician with over 25 years experience, specializing in European vehicles including Porsche, Audi, Volkswagen and Volvo. He is skilled with electrical diagnostics and regularly participates in industry training. Mark is an Air Force veteran, serving for twelve years as an F-16 mechanic and has two children. |
